In this practical workshop, our team at the Single Cell Centre and Single-Cell Technologies will walk you through the exact approaches we use to prepare cells and tissues for robust screening, from dissociation to staining, QC, and handoff to instrumentation.
Sample preparation
Whether your screening pipeline is imaging-based, high-content/HTS, or single-cell omics, you’ll learn how to avoid common pitfalls and standardise your prep so your data are clean, consistent, and comparable across runs.
Microscopy
Learn how we screen our samples with the latest microscopes from Revvity (for High-Content Screening), Leica (Lightsheet 3D) and 3DHistech (Histopathology). If you feel adventurous, you can bring your own sample to screen it here.
BIAS
The BIAS development team is happy to guide you through the details of image analysis with the our Biological Image Analysis Software. Learn all the trips and tricks how to create the most efficient pipeline and deploy it to analyze thousands of images.
